It is important to us that our clients feel welcomed into a comfortable, confidential environment so that they can be open to share their stories. We believe that the best way to serve our clients is to first listen and then to help them determine the best approach to achieve their goals. With the latest technology at their fingertips, coupled with the determination to be the best in their field, the Attorneys at Hamilton Law, PLC are ready to provide counsel for your estate planning and business law needs. Estate Planning At Hamilton Law, we understand that there is not just a “one size fits all” estate plan for each client. Our role is to help you plan for how you wish to dispose of your property and assets in the event you become disabled or when you die by creating a plan that is the best fit for you and your family. By listening, learning and understanding your goals and vision for the future, our focus is to then design an estate plan that is reflective of that vision. Probate & Trust Administration Probate administration, also known as estate administration, is the court-managed process in which the assets of a deceased person are managed and distributed. Although our goal is to help our clients avoid probate, it has often already occurred or is unfortunately unavoidable. Probate is typically a long process, although the length of time needed to complete the process depends on the size and complexity of the estate and the local rules of the County in which the decedent’s assets are being probated. Business Law Hamilton Law frequently advises and represents small business owners, entrepreneurs and company managers on a wide range of legal and business matters. We work with start-ups in selecting and forming business organizations and also assist clients with contract negotiation, trademarks, and those who are looking to buy or sell a business.
