🍩 Our Donut Digest is in! These informal, virtual one-on-ones paired employees for a casual chat over coffee (or donuts!). No agenda, no deadlines—just a space to connect. 🍩☕ Why does this matter? 🌐 Building Human Connections: Remote work can be isolating. Donut meetings reminded us there’s a person behind every Slack message and Zoom square. It created empathy and strengthened bonds across teams. 💡 Sparking Collaboration: A random pairing between a product manager and a marketer? A software engineer and a recruiter? These chats often led to unexpected ideas and problem-solving. 🤝 Fostering Belonging: Whether discussing weekend hobbies or favorite shows, these meetings gave employees a chance to bring their authentic selves to work, boosting morale and retention. Hackers, like many others, often reflect on their achievements in December! Because of that HackerOne tries to come up with a unique way to help them reflect and celebrate each year.
