Located in Southside, this community was fully renovated in 2024 with 6 apartments, several of which have private balconies with beautiful views like this! Each apartment features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a washing machine & dryer, and two bedrooms with one bathroom. We are so proud of the hard work our team and contractors did with Patton Place. They knocked it out of the park!
