H.B. Fleming is a design-build contractor installing excavation support systems, pile foundations, drilled shafts, ground improvement, marine bulkheads and sub-aqueous pipelines since 1955. We offer in-house engineering services to produce economical designs and quickly adapt to changing job requirements throughout Northern New England. H.B. Fleming was founded in 1955 by Howard Fleming and Ray Erickson as a pile driving and marine contractor. In 1973, Richard Ingalls and Don Erickson bought the company. In 1993, Dean Sciaraffa and John Linscott III purchased the company after working together at Cianbro. They ran the company for 20 years, growing the pile driving and shoring sectors. Currently, the company is owned by “Scotty" John Linscott IV. The company has expanded its specialties to include drilled shafts, ground improvement, helical piles, micro-piles, tiebacks, and rock anchors to its resume. H.B. Fleming is proud of our most valuable asset, our team. This team has the experience and capability to solve the most of complex geotechnical challenges.
