In partnership with the Metropolitan Transportation Authority, Grubb Properties has helped make the Queensboro Plaza Subway station in New York fully ADA accessible, improving transit access for all riders. The new entrance was built as part of our Link Apartments℠ QPN development, which will add over 400 units of essential housing to the New York market. Phase II of Link Apartments℠ NODA 36th is nearing its final stages, joining the first phase completed earlier this year. Located in Charlotte's NoDa neighborhood within an opportunity zone, this development offers 242 units of essential housing right next to the 36th Street Light Rail Station. With convenient access to transit and local amenities, this community is set to be a key part of the area's growth.

Grubb Properties is proud to have participated in the U.S. Green Building Council’s Portfolio Accelerator program, working with USGBC and Green Business Certification Inc. (GBCI) to help shape and refine its new sustainability tool, PERFORM.
