This in-depth report examines the experiences of 200 recent federal hires, highlighting key challenges and opportunities within the federal recruitment landscape. Key Findings: While many candidates report positive overall experiences, significant hurdles remain. - 66% of respondents cited delays in the process as a source of frustration. - Communication gaps and onboarding confusion are persistent issues, underscoring the urgent need for modernization.
