The Green Street #CommercialProperty Price Index® increased 1.5% in November. The all-property index has increased 4.8% over the past twelve months. “It’s been a good year for property prices; overall, values have risen about 5% this year,” said Peter Rothemund, Co-Head of Strategic Research at Green Street. “But #Treasuryyields have increased over the past three months, and that’s likely to temper things.
