Au Vodka continues to push the boundaries of innovative packaging and they have just levelled up again. Their latest release, the Toasted Marshmallow flavour has been popping up all over my Tiktok and Instagram and for good reason. The new packaging concept for influencer drops features the signature Au Vodka bottle encased in a white 'marshmallow' that has to be torn open to reveal the bottle inside. This interactive approach elevates the unboxing experience, creates a sense of anticipation and engagement that goes beyond traditional packaging of other brands. This approach to packaging serves multiple purposes: 1. Brand differentiation: The unique unboxing experience sets Au Vodka apart from competitors. 2. Social media engagement: The interactive nature of the packaging encourages user-generated content and social sharing. 3. Product storytelling: The marshmallow encasement directly ties into the new flavour, reinforcing the product's identity. Au Vodka demonstrates how creative packaging can become a central part of a brand's marketing strategy, it drives engagement, brand recognition, and ultimately, sales. By continually innovating in this space, they've transformed their packaging from a standard box and bottle, into a powerful marketing tool that resonates with consumers and creates long lasting brand impressions. The Coca-Cola Company is receiving a great amount of buzz this holiday season with the release of their reboot of the “Holidays Are Coming" ad using artificial intelligence (AI). Since the rise of AI, some have feared its impact on creative jobs. However, the creators of the ad at Silverside AI (part of Pereira O'Dell argue that AI enhanced human creativity in this campaign. This follows Coca-Cola's previous AI-powered holiday initiative, "Create Real Magic," which allowed users to generate digital holiday cards using AI technology.
