NAR’s 2024 Profile of Home Buyers and Sellers offers a mixed picture of who’s succeeding and struggling in the housing market. https://lnkd.in/eH2gdiz

This year, the share of single women achieving the American Dream of homeownership grew even more. Among first-time buyers 24% are single women and just 11% are single men. Single women outpace men as new buyers, but also as repeat buyers. Financial stability, a removal of the unknowns, a place to call home all must factor in to motivating factors.
