Last week, our Dallas team partnered with Soldiers' Angels to sponsor a luncheon at the Veterans Transition & Resource Center. The Veteran Resource Center is a safe and supportive space dedicated to helping Veterans experiencing homelessness or housing instability. Soldiers' Angels’ volunteer network regularly partners with the center to host a quarterly luncheon honoring Veterans, providing a welcoming space to connect, and show appreciation for their service. Our team decorated the center, coordinated the meal setup, and served lunch to the attendees. During the meal, we had the privilege of hearing brave Veterans share their powerful stories and experiences from their time in the military. Last week, in celebration of National Volunteer Week, our Dallas team joined forces with the Trinity River Audubon Center and the Texas Conservation Alliance for a meaningful prairie restoration project. Together, we rolled up our sleeves, pulled weeds, and planted over 150 native plants, contributing to the preservation of our local biodiversity.
