Nevada State Law AB363 and the most recent ordinance passed by Nevada Clark County officials on June 21, 2022 have only exacerbated the struggle for folks trying to make ends meet through short-term renting on platforms like Airbnb and Expedia Group/Vrbo. Regrettably, public officials have ignored our pleas and predicament leaving us with no other alternative but to plead our case to and seek protection from the Courts. On behalf of private property owners of short-term rentals in Nevada, the Greater Las Vegas Short Term Rental Association (GLVSTRA) has filed a lawsuit against Clark County, the Clark County Commissioners, and the State of Nevada.
