Century 21 Stores was founded in 1961 by Al and Sonny Gindi (the first generation of the Gindi family). Raymond Gindi has been CEO since 2005 and grew the company to an internationally recognized brand. Making its return home, Century 21 re-opened the doors of its iconic flagship location in downtown Manhattan. ASG Equities, founded in 1970, is the real estate family office of the Gindi Family. ASG owns and operates over 6.5 million square feet of predominantly retail and industrial real estate in New York, New Jersey, Miami, Boston, Philadelphia, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Toronto, Montreal, London, and other locations across the globe. ASG’s executives play an advisory role for Gindi Equities. Gindi Equities was founded in 2020 by Raymond and Al Gindi as a specialized investment vehicle to invest in multifamily assets to deliver superior risk-adjusted returns while also improving the quality of life for our residents.
