    10 years ago I packed my bags, flew across the country, and started a job at this crazy start-up called “SinglePlatform” I had no idea what I’d be selling, or what the product even did, I just knew that the people I met at SinglePlatform loved what they did, and believed in the mission. That energy was infectious. Fast forward to today, I owe a lot of my success to SinglePlatform and the people I met there. One of those people is Kenny Herman who co-founded SinglePlatform and has influenced so much of what we do at DearDoc. Kenny visited the DearDoc HQ yesterday to share his wisdom with the team. We learned a ton about: - building businesses that truly solve problems - scaling with purpose - and the importance of reducing friction for customers at every touchpoint. I guess the moral of this story is this: You're going to spend more time at work than you do with friends or family. Find a company that inspires you. Surround yourself with ambitious people.
