  • 📢 WE ARE HIRING: The Associate Planner position will serve, engage, and retain existing clients. You will provide wealth management and financial planning to our clients while cultivating new relationships and engaging clients in the advice market. No prospecting is required, and this is a fully remote position. FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 are required for this position. The compensation range for this position is $50-70k and will depend on qualifications and relevant experience. Position Responsibilities: Proactive meetings with clients to discuss their financial needs and goals. Generating new client relationships through lead follow-up, referrals, personal relationships, and strengthening relationships with existing clients. Collecting relevant client information to determine options that align with clients' financial situations. Advising clients on topics such as budgeting fundamentals, goal setting, and debt management. Developing and sustaining long-term relationships with clients to encourage ongoing business and client referrals. Building in-depth knowledge of our product and service offering to clearly present options to prospective and existing clients. Executing calling campaigns that coincide with both company and team-specific marketing initiatives. Achieving individual sales and productivity targets. Promoting the organization and its offerings both internally and externally. Providing timely assistance to clients with their service-related inquiries and requests. Position Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a client-facing role is required. Minimum 1 year of experience in Financial Planning and Sales. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. FINRA Series SIE, Series 7, Series 66 required. CFP® Professionals or progress toward preferred. Compensation: The compensation range for this position is $50-70k and will depend on qualifications and relevant experience. The package will include salary, benefits, a 401(k) with Matching Contribution, and the potential for incentive compensation based on your personal goal achievement.
