On 11 December 2024, Generali had the honour of hosting the Italy-France Business and Innovation Roundtable at the Future4Care headquarters in Paris, Europe's largest multidisciplinary e-health community created by Generali, Capgemini, Orange and Sanofi. Organised by IREFI - Istituto per le Relazioni Economiche Francia-Italia, the event served as a pivotal moment to discuss strategies and initiatives aimed at strengthening the bond between our two nations, with a strong focus on innovation. The results of the #Call4Ideas Super Sapiens Europe, promoted by IREFI and Scientifica Venture Capital, were presented during the meeting. Over 450 start-ups responded to the call, submitting their hi-tech projects across sectors ranging from artificial intelligence to smart cities. The key topics discussed at the Italy-France Forum of Business and Innovation 2024 in Rome were further explored, with a look ahead to the next edition of the Italy-France Forum, scheduled to take place at Palazzo Farnese in 2025. As Generali, we continue to champion innovation by supporting shared ecosystems and fostering cooperation between major industrial groups, startups, and institutions. International collaboration is vital to addressing the technological and sustainability challenges of tomorrow, inspired by the values of the Quirinal Treaty.
