GBT is partnering with Robinson Properties on a brand-new retail and multifamily development in Mount Juliet, just 20 miles east of Nashville. The retail component of Everett Downs will feature a 41,255 sq. ft. neighborhood center, anchored by a Sprouts Farmers Market. Alongside the market will be 18,000 sq. ft. of small shop space and two out parcels available for additional retailers and dining options. An additional 10,200 sq. ft. and one out parcel will be open for restaurants, fitness services and soft-goods retailers. The retail space is expected to be completed by October 2025. Plans have been revealed for a major hotel and residential development as the first phase of GBT's River North project on Nashville's East Bank. The mixed-use tower, designed by Gresham Smith, will feature retail, coworking spaces, a hotel and multifamily units. The project will rise on 2 acres, offering 360-degree views of the upcoming Tennessee Titans stadium and downtown Nashville.
