The Success Map Initiative is dedicated to empowering underserved & underemployed individuals and those who manage them by providing the skills, resources, and guidance necessary for meaningful employment, entrepreneurial development and personal growth. Our mission is to transform lives by supporting returning citizens, new citizens, underserved populations, and opportunity youth in navigating their journeys to success. Our comprehensive program offers a unique blend of life skills education, vocational training, and ongoing career support. Participants gain access to immediate employment opportunities, skills development workshops, continued education, and mentorship from industry leaders, ensuring they are well-equipped to transition from entry-level roles to management and C-suite positions. The Roadmap to Success program stands out for its proven track record in reducing recidivism and fostering long-term socioeconomic mobility. We collaborate with key stakeholders, including government agencies, community organizations, and businesses, to create a robust support network for our participants. Through our entrepreneurship initiatives, we also inspire the next generation of business leaders, targeting youth in public schools as well as those currently and formerly incarcerated. By instilling entrepreneurial mindsets and providing practical business skills, we help people envision and achieve their own paths to success. Connect with us to learn more about our programs, partnerships, and how you can get involved in making a positive impact.

In this powerful episode of Prison Bosses, Trent Griffin-Braaf sits down with Coach Sheldon Moore, a true testament to the power of resilience and transformation. Having been incarcerated over 50 times, with his last sentence of 12 years occurring in his mid-40s, Coach Sheldon has faced more than his fair share of challenges. But rather than being defined by his past, he has recreated himself as a respected leader within the transportation industry starting in Atlanta and spreading nationwide.
