The Silverstone Marketplace in Frederick, Colorado, is set to become the town's largest commercial hub, spanning 62 acres with 75,000 sf of retail, dining, and commercial spaces. The 123,000 sf King Soopers Marketplace will serve as a grocery store anchor and create 300 employment opportunities.
