    One of our clients sent us this screenshot. He has never seen such results. Phone number success rate: 91%.     When I started FullEnrich, cold calling was the best way to test my product + offer (you can steal my script here): Cold calling can be your secret weapon. Forget marketing for a moment (especially the first days). Talking directly to potential customers is a game-changer. Cold calling offers live feedback on your pitch. You can gauge real reactions, assess pain points, and refine your messaging. It helps in pricing and targeting validation. Quickly test value props, pricing models, and target segments to find the right fit. Cold calling builds authentic relationships. Position yourself as a helpful expert, not a pushy salesperson. It’s also great for idea validation. If you can't get buy-in on a single call, your concept may still need work. Here’s a template script (we used this one): "Hello [Prospect], this is [Your Name] from [Your Company]. I'm reaching out because I saw you're responsible for [Relevant Area] at [Their Company]. Do you have 30 seconds for me to explain why I'm calling? [If yes] Great, thanks so much. I'm in the process of building [Your Offering] and would love to get your thoughts on how you handle [Relevant Challenge] at [Their Company]. Would you be open to a quick 15-minute call this week to discuss further?" The upfront effort of cold calling is well worth it. Give it a try – you may find it becomes one of your most valuable founder skills.

    Outbound can also be fun. Last week, we hosted an event in Paris in partnership with Hexa. Bringing together 80 of the area’s best growth and outbound managers. Over breakfast, we explored the best strategies to maximize outbound in 2025. Here are the 3 use cases we have shared: 1. How to use outbound as a precise Ad network Grégoire shared how outbound campaigns can be tailored to target specific audiences with precision, operating like an ads network but with greater control and personalization. 2. Intent signals within your industry We discussed the importance of finding unique intent signals tailored to your market. A critical strategy for identifying the prospects most likely to buy your product. 3. Multichannel / ABM strategy I walked through an ABM multitouch approach for tier 1 and strategic accounts, showing how a multichannel strategy creates synergy and improves conversion rates. Then, Quentin shared a brilliant 0-to-1 outbound strategy. Offering actionable insights for those just starting out or launching new outbound initiatives. Finally, the session wrapped up with a highly interactive Q&A with François. The questions were sharp, and the discussions were invaluable. The energy and engagement were incredible. Monotone, comme si tu lisais les CGU de ton opérateur. Succès garanti. Étape 3 : Oublie de te présenter. "Oui bonjour, je vous appelle pour…" et là, silence gênant.
