🎉✨ We had a day full of celebrations at the office! ❄️☃️ We kicked off the festivities with our holiday office party—good food, fun activities, great company, and lots of laughter. When he had to take a gap semester to help provide for his family, our advisors worked with him to ensure he had the support he needed to return to college and graduate. From individualized advising and financial aid support to peer mentoring and career readiness services, we’re here for students every step of the way. Jimmy’s story highlights that with the right support, college persistence isn’t just a goal—it’s a reality. 🙌 College persistence rates measure the percentage of students who return to college year after year until they graduate. We’re proud that 97% of Fulfillment Fund college students persisted or graduated in FY23-FY24.
