Whenever you tell anyone you're transitioning to a new ERP, you usually get a sympathetic response. Everyone has a horror story to share. Yesterday marked the 90-day anniversary of OMW Corporation going live with our new ERP system! It's been plenty of work and learning. It's taken a huge team effort. But we shipped parts on the first day we implemented and haven't stopped. Our monthly revenues of the first 90 days of operation with our new ERP increased by 13.9%! There are a lot of reasons for that, but the efficiencies created by eliminating paper and simplifying many of our process have been significant. We have greater visibility at every stage of WIP. Scheduling is more efficient. Demand planning and purchasing planning are gamechangers for us. I could go on. We chose Fulcrum as our partner in this journey. It's been a good choice. Thank you to the team at Fulcrum, especially Joseph Lewis, for shepherding us through a difficult process. Yu Sunny Han...you have a great product and team! Parts are moving through our shop much more efficiently after just three months.
