In our latest report created in collaboration with the ZCCE Zurich Centre for Creative Economies, we analyze Swiss cantons. Here are some of the insights: - The distribution of startups across Switzerland is notably broad, with companies originating from 16 of the country’s 26 cantons. - Among the 277 Swiss Creative Tech startups analyzed, 113 (representing 40.8%) were domiciled in the Zurich canton, capturing 37.8% of the aggregate funding. This underscores Zurich’s pivotal role in the Swiss Creative Tech ecosystem, both in terms of startup activity and investment attraction. - The top five cantons, in terms of startup incorporations, collectively comprised 83.8% of the total number of startups and accounted for 90.6% of the total investment received.
