We sure do love “Lighting the Way!” Very special project for our team, our family - Frischhertz did the original installation back in the 80’s. Happy #frischhertzfriday from the Frischhertz Bridge Team! As summer winds down, we are one step closer to seeing the Crescent City Connection LED lights aglow. The project began back in March with a night crew and has since moved forward with daytime shifts. Our team has worked swiftly and safely - going literally above and beyond to get the job done. No fear of heights here! The initial test lighting in May was a great success and we are so proud of our team and our city. With a broad array of potential color combinations, it’s certain to be an impressive, illuminated addition to the New Orleans skyline. Ever wonder what the lights on the tip-top of the bridge look like? Today we give you a bird's eye view as Frischhertz Bridge Team members work on the installation of those fixtures high above the waters of the Mighty Mississippi.

This past #frischhertzfriday was epic!! Our departments faced off with creative team names, elevated side dishes and 'dads that rocked on another level. Many thanks to our incredible guest judges from Ryan Gootee General Contractors, LLC. Taking home the coveted title of Side Master with some serious Mexican street corn was our VDC group - Team Onion Salad :) The ultimate Boil Master title now belongs to the PM Department, aka The Wattage Warriors, who threw down some 'dads that ranked the best of the boil. These two teams have now earned their place on the Frischhertz Crawfish Cook-Off Wall of Champions. Congrats to all for putting your hearts and souls into this fun filled #frischhertzfriday!

You often hear the term company culture - what's it like to work somewhere. Is it a positive environment? Team Frischhertz takes that to the next level. We love to celebrate the day, any day really. We love what we do and who we are. This past #frischhertzfriday was certainly a fun filled one doing just that - CELEBRATING! The day was fit for sporting our Frischhertz green. We started with a "Top o' the Morning" Irish-inspired coffee bar, strolled on to a Lucky Leprechaun Lunch and sprinkled some shenanigans throughout the day. Happy St. Paddy's Day to you and yours. We wish you the luck of the Irish all year long!
