About us
Freed Associates is a California-based consulting firm comprised of a team of experts who work exclusively in healthcare. With more than 26 years of direct experience in the healthcare industry, our teams collaborate with each client in their unique environment on complex and critical initiatives to deliver enduring value. At Freed Associates, healthcare is our passion and our business. Founded by Dava Freed in 1991, Freed Associates continues to consult with healthcare organizations on strategic and tactical initiatives. Our consultants provide specialized knowledge in healthcare management, operations, and IT for health systems, health plans, large IPAs and managed service organizations. When Dava Freed founded Freed Associates, her aim was to create a consultancy that delivered outstanding work for its clients while supporting a work-life balance for its employees. Freed develops immediate rapport with all levels at our clients and quickly gains an understanding of the culture and organization. Today, we remain committed to that goal, and continue to foster a culture that makes this possible. We take care of our people, supporting them in their professional and personal endeavors. In doing so, by extension, our consultants take good care of our clients. We believe this is simply good business.
