HOW I CAN HELP: I work with company and organizational leaders to increase employee engagement, leading to increased profits, better decision making, increased retention of talent, & an energized workforce. MY EXPERTISE: I am a Certified Master Trainer & Coach working with transformational disciplines since 1996 with thousands of participants in my trainings. I have been the CEO of three distinct training organizations, authored several training programs & workshops, and am the founder of Engagement Mastery, LLC. WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT: I work with you closely to understand your team's management styles, instinctual biases, strengths, challenges & blind spots. We create a proven, multidimensional roadmap addressing the fundamentals of creating team trust, turning differences into advantages, resolving conflicts, creating alignment & collaboration & achieving goals. You learn & employee strategies that maximize potential, unlock latent sources of productivity, & allow you & your team to thrive at optimal levels. MY PROCESS: We offer a series of three experiential workshops, with group & individual follow-up implementation coaching & online learning to drill down on the specifics of the practices we teach, resulting in retained learning & practice.
