His deep and conscientious involvement makes him an invaluable asset to our and our client’s teams when making key decisions. Over the past three years, Danny has evolved from a strong individual contributor to an engineer who others turn to for suggestions and solutions. His impact goes beyond just his work; he is also known for being incredibly thoughtful and attentive during interviews, making sure that every candidate feels valued and seen.  Danny, thank you for all you do and the heart you bring to everything you do- we can’t wait to see what the next chapter brings! 🚀 🍀

Fluxon started with a dream of working with kind and brilliant people who wanted to build great products that make an impact in the world. 7 years later, we can say we are doing just that! We have the most incredible people working at Fluxon today. From every interaction we have with our fellow teammates, our clients, candidates and to our vendors, our goal is to ensure that we always make a positive impact. Over the last 7 years, we’ve had the pleasure of building incredible products with a wide spectrum of clients from innovative startups to world-leading companies like Google and Walmart — and building a few incredible products of our own! This journey has been more amazing than we could have ever imagined. We want to thank our fellow Fluxonians and our clients for their support all these years. Excited for what’s to come in 2025! 🚀🎉

We’re thrilled to announce we just wrapped up our 2nd Fluxon Academy: Product Development Bootcamp of the year, this time in partnership with The National Institute Of Engineering, Mysore in Mysore, India. 🎉 🎊 Fluxon Academy empowers the next generation of talent by guiding students to create, pitch, and refine their products with guidance from their Fluxonian mentors and guest speakers. 🧑🎓 Here’s what one of our students had to say: “The whole concept of the bootcamp was the best part for me because like in theory we had learnt all these things like PRD, scrum meetings and working on projects in theory but here we had a chance to experience it in reality.” We’re so proud of the incredible work shared by The National Institute Of Engineering, Mysore students and impressed by your depth of insight, enthusiasm for learning, and innovative ideas! Thank you to our amazing Fluxonian mentors, speakers, and organizers: AJ, Arvind, Vamsi, Sandeep, Salka, Harshdeep, Jakub, Anton, Gialdo, Swetha, Vikash. Happy 5th anniversary at Fluxon, Maks! 🎉 Maks is one of those guys who just always gets the job done with a calm and quiet competence. He really cares about his work, takes care of his friends, has a good heart, and a kind soul. Maks was one of our first teammates in Ukraine and is thus a foundational member of our team there. He made incredible contributions across numerous projects and has grown into an outstanding, thoughtful and confident manager and leader. One little story that captures his essence, when Maks first joined Fluxon he was asked to give a time estimate on a project which he thought had to be accurate down to the hour. Well, Maks rewrote an entire app just to give the MOST accurate estimation—his dedication is unmatched! Thank you, Maks, for everything you do! We can’t wait to see what you do during your sabbatical!
