During a recent employee meeting, Preston Packer encouraged the team to reflect on their "why." He asked, "Why do you come to work? What motivates or drives you to do what you do?" But he also emphasized an important point: "When you think about your why, be sure to include the customer." The customer is at the heart of everything we do, and I’m grateful to be in a role that allows me to be so closely connected to so many of them.
