FLATS is a hospitality and lifestyle-driven property management company which provides amenity-rich apartments for its residents. Starting in Chicago, IL, the FLATS properties are often historic buildings which have been preserved and renovated to accommodate modern conveniences. Many of the FLATS buildings feature lobbies that are open to the public with coffee shops, bars, and restaurants as well as resident amenities like rooftop lounges and terraces with sweeping views of the city. The FLATS Life is comprised of the community surrounding the FLATS buildings, from residents to our surrounding neighbors and local business partners who collaborate with us.
