About us
Fitness On Fire is a safe place for Growth and Self Development. We help people improve their quality of life through creating purposeful relationships and by helping them become the strongest and healthiest version of themselves. Fitness On Fire was founded in 2014 by husband and wife, Josh and Haydee Graves. Recently, Fitness On Fire was awarded "Best of Irvine 2020" for Physical Fitness Program. We help companies create wellness incentive solutions, workout challenges, and employee fitness programs. We also host team building actives and group challenges. As a personal training gym we primarily offer one on one personal training, small group training, semiprivate training, and virtual on demand workouts. We specialize in Spartan Race Training and Obstacle Course Race Training. We love to help people prepare for fitness events, and competitions. Fitness On Fire also has a member lead "Everybody Loves Everybody" Committee that does work with local non profits such as Human Options, LLC, Serenity Foster Care, and the Irvine Police Association
