  • 🌲🌍 Discover the Tallest Tree in the World Did you know the tallest tree on Earth is taller than Big Ben and the Statue of Liberty?   Meet #Hyperion, a coast redwood that stands at an astonishing 115.92 meters. This incredible tree was first discovered by naturalists Chris Atkins and Michael Taylor on August 25, 2006, and its height was later confirmed by Stephen Sillett. Hyperion is located in a remote part of Redwood National Park, California. But that’s not all! Redwood National Park is home to other towering giants like Helios, Icarus, and Daedalus, standing at 114.30 meters, 113.05 meters, and 110.58 meters tall, respectively. Together, these giants form a breathtaking forest, a true marvel of nature. 🌳🌲 This monumental discovery reminds us of the boundless wonders of nature and the role of scientific precision in exploring them.   At the Fisher Scientific channel, we support groundbreaking research with high-quality products and services. Let’s continue reaching new heights together!📚 Learn more: https://lnkd.in/dkygGVEB and if you want to lean more about the #RedwoodNationalPark click here 👉 https://lnkd.in/efF9gPTN   Now it’s your turn - do you know the tallest tree in your country or city? • Reflect on Black History and Women’s History Months with Fred Lowery, senior vice president and president of Customer Channels, and read an article about celebrating diversity and our shared humanity.

As we celebrate the back-to-back observances of Black History Month in February and Women's History Month in March, it serves as a powerful reminder of both the progress we have made and the continuous journey we are on as a society to create a future where everyone has equal opportunities to succeed. Throughout history, there have been so many extraordinary trailblazers who have paved the way for this progress. Today, I am reminded of the shared responsibility to open doors for future generations and provide career opportunities that allow everyone to reach their fullest potential and perform at their very best.
