Firehouse Subs

Being part of Firehouse Subs is incredibly special to me because of our deep connection to first responders, going back to our founders who were both firefighters. As a brand, we are committed to supporting public safety, and have donated close to $100 million dollars to fund lifesaving equipment for first responders. This Thanksgiving, we wanted to start a fun tradition to bring a small bit of joy to those serving during the one of the busiest seasons of the year, by delivering our subs to fire departments throughout the country. During the week, we visited over 220 fire stations throughout the United States and dropped off a variety of sandwiches including our new Thanksgiving Sub. Today, I had the privilege of visiting Saint Augustine Fire Station where we had some fun and ate a lot subs! Chief Carlos Aviles offered me the opportunity to join him in a ride along next month, which I’m looking forward to. I would like to thank all of our first responders throughout the country for everything you do in our communities and for your tireless commitment that allows us to safely enjoy the holidays with our loved ones.

In honor of Veterans Day in the U.S. and Remembrance Day in Canada on Monday, 11/11, Firehouse Subs restaurants will be offering veterans and active duty military with valid ID a FREE combo complete with any medium sandwich, chips or a cookie, and a small drink.     This is a token of our appreciation for the heroic dedication and sacrifices that military members across North America have made.     All donations made to the Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation on Veterans Day will benefit its military fund which supports veteran programs and services to enhance quality of life. To celebrate our expansion into downtown Toronto, we hosted an interactive event for local influencers at one of our new Firehouse Subs restaurants in the area.     Reality TV star and current Hamilton Fire Department firefighter Kevin Wendt helped us host the special event complete with sub making lessons, Hot Sauce Bar samplings, and tastings of various menu staples and the exclusive 6ix Sub, only available at the three new downtown Toronto restaurants.    And, our Canada news doesn’t stop there! Our Hot Sauce Bar has something for everyone, from those who just want to add some unique flavor to those who really want to test their taste buds’ boundaries for spice.     This special customization is available for Firehouse Subs guests to add complimentary to their sub when in restaurant or picking up an order placed online or through the Firehouse Subs app. The best part?
