  • 🎉 Big News: Results are in from our latest lab* at Filene tests! 🧪 filene.org/thelab Earlier this month we shared the lab* at Filene's test results for Subscription-Based Pricing Models 2.0 and Vertice AI in our e-newsletter. We saw the highest engagement we've ever seen in a single newsletter, which tells us the credit union industry is interested in what we found out... Now we're sharing our next two reports. These tests focused on how credit unions can position themselves as top-of-wallet with an innovative payments solution and how to improve member interactions using Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI). Jump into a report that interests you and find out what our members are learning from the lab* at Filene: 🗞️ Subscription-Based Pricing Models 2.0: If your credit union is looking to implement a subscription-based pricing model, download the full report to see which kinds of offers members were most interested in and six key considerations for successfully developing subscription products. https://lnkd.in/g-CWaxq8 🧠 Vertice AI: Growing Indirect Member Relationships via AI For those of you who have all but given up on trying to engage your indirect members we invite you to download the full report to see the astonishing results from this test and why 93% of the credit union leadership and staff agreed that "Vertice AI fits within their organizational strategy." https://lnkd.in/gzWB9YVb 💳 Flow: Activating the Payment Method Competition in the payments space continues to heat up. That's why the lab* at Filene partnered with Flow to test their platform on its ability to enable credit unions to communicate with the members when they are most engaged—at the point of sale with their card. https://lnkd.in/gBNCpRew 🗣️ Senso: Using GenAI to Improve Member Interactions The lab* at Filene partnered with Senso to test their AI-driven platform to understand the desirability, feasibility, and viability for credit unions to use GenAI to improve member interactions. Download the full report to see the findings from three credit union case studies that utilized the power of GenAI to better identify and quickly resolve member issues through their call center experience.  https://lnkd.in/gAPVQmaj Thanks to all lab sponsors for making this possible!
