About us
Fidelis is one of Texas’ largest commercial real estate companies with a long focus on retail, and a newer focus on healthcare, multifamily, and industrial. We recognize the importance of a diverse merchant mix, as well as the quantity and quality of people needed for success in any given area. Therefore, we added specialists and experts in healthcare, multifamily, and industrial development, redevelopment, acquisition, and ownership. We believe these areas work complementarily and synergistically with our retail property creation and benefit from the convenient locations and amenities we create in our retail properties. While Fidelis commenced operations with 1 million square feet of retail properties in the greater Houston area, we're now at approximately 24 million square feet in five industries across fourteen states. Fidelis is now a group of companies with one culture, one purpose, one mission, and one value system. It is a natural evolution to our business model and mutually beneficial to all property types. This dynamic combination will produce mutual benefits for our tenants, residents, customers, patients, industries, and communities. We serve over 90 properties in Texas, New Mexico, Louisiana, Tennessee, South Dakota, Illinois, Missouri, Indiana, Nebraska, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Ohio, Arizona, and Colorado. Headquartered in Houston, Texas, Fidelis also has operating offices in Dallas and Conroe, Texas; Santa Fe, New Mexico; Kansas City, Missouri; and Rapid City, South Dakota, to better serve the properties in those regions.

#ICYMI - Fidelis Residential Partners to build apartments in HEB-anchored development "The community, which has been dubbed Fidelis Willis, will be part of an HEB-anchored power center, which Fidelis Realty Partners developed (The Market at Willis Shopping Center) in partnership with the California State Teachers' Retirement System (CalSTRS) within Houston-based Satya’s Moran Ranch mixed-use development along Interstate 45. "The growth the north side of Houston is experiencing is happening even faster than we anticipated,” Ford Allen, a vice president at Fidelis Residential, said in a statement about Fidelis Willis. “This project will provide a much-needed housing component for that growth and is a great addition to the HEB-anchored retail development Fidelis is currently constructing.
