This week, our team spent the day volunteering at Minnie's Food Pantry and wow— the work they are doing is incredible!!! We’re proud to serve them again this year. We rolled up our sleeves to pack food boxes, sort canned goods, and hand out meals to our neighbors in need. It was humbling to see the impact Minnie’s has on our community. Did you know they’ve provided over 21 million meals since they started? Last year alone, they helped over 100,000 people—real families who just needed a little extra support. We weren’t in it alone! We worked side by side with some amazing teams from Estech Systems, Inc. (ESI), UWorld , Fujitsu, RightNow Media, and Ally. Seeing so many people come together for one purpose was inspiring. Special shoutout to Karen Richards, Alan, Tommy, John, Bryce, Calvin, Case, James, Sarah, and Eden for bringing their A-game and making a difference. You reminded us why giving back is so important. If you’re looking for a way to give back, we can’t recommend Minnie’s Food Pantry enough. Whether you donate, volunteer, or just spread the word, every little bit helps.

Different situations bring out our strengths. Some thrive when there are no expectations, others are fueled by being underestimated, or rise to the occasion of being overestimated. Which scenario brings out your best work?
