About us
Hello! We're Nebraska's only nonprofit, open-concept cat shelter and rescue. We facilitate cat adoptions, support outdoor felines through trap-neuter-return (TNR) programming, and foster a community of passionate rescue cat advocates through our cafe environment. We envision an Omaha where no cat is forced to live alone on the streets.

With the past week of below-freezing temperatures, we are grateful to all the volunteers and board members who took part in our winter cat shelter building workshop earlier this month. Collectively, we made over 75 life-saving shelters for homeless Omaha felines. Within 48 hours, all of them were picked up and put to good use across the city. ❤️ We hope they are keeping kitties warm all over the metro area. Amanda Phillips, David Knapp, Eric J. Kaplan, Molly Buskirk, & Amanda Guidero
Last weekend, David and I built a couple shelters for community cats. With the frigid temperatures in our forecast, these shelters are lifesavers for the kitties who don’t have a home. Felius Cat Café & Rescue has so many amazing programs and events to help cats in Omaha. To learn more about donating, fostering, and helping cats in our community, please visit https://felius.org
