The youth group is cultivating healthy habits in the most hands-on way! 🌱 Our youth group partnered with Farmer Mac and Grape Roots Organization for Garden Week, during which the kids learned about soil, seeding, and weeding on an urban farm in South Atlanta. That’s not all—our wellness journey continued with a calming evening of yoga and a sound bath, helping the kids find peace and mindfulness. FCS is so happy to see them embrace both nature and self-care, building healthy habits for body and mind!
