Last week our very own Siu retired after 37 years of service! Siu cooked up a lot of memorable meals for our guests. In her time here, you could always catch Siu with a smile on her face, which then in return made others around her smile. We thank Siu for bringing positivity and joy to our hotel for many years and wish her the happiest retirement!🥳🎉❤️

Boo! We closed out Spooky Season with a colleague pumpkin contest and festive treats. Congratulations to our Sales and Conference Services Team for winning the contest with their “Scary-Go-Round.” Today was scary fun!!👻🎃🖤🧡🍭🍫

Honoring Hispanic Heritage Month, we celebrated the culture, history, and contributions of the Hispanic and Latino communities. We closed out the month of celebrations with pastries from a local Pilsen Neighborhood bakery, Panaderia Nuevo León🥐🍞🥖

Yesterday we bid farewell to Emmett after 16 years of service. We thank Emmett for his hard-work and dedication to our Stewarding Team. We also thank him for his kindness and friendliness he brought to all colleagues in the hotel every day. Every time you pass by Emmett, you would always get a wave and friendly hello with a smile. We will miss him here at Fairmont Chicago, but wish him a happy, relaxing retirement!🌟🥂🥳💙
