We proudly welcome Richard Buchan to the Fairgrove PM team as our new Regional Maintenance Manager – San Diego!   Richard brings nearly 20 years of expertise as a seasoned Contractor, Project Manager, and Maintenance Supervisor and holds a B.S. in Construction Engineering/Project Management. His passion for home renovations, exterior elements, and soft landscaping aligns perfectly with our mission to deliver excellence in property management.   In his new role, Richard will lead the San Diego PMC team, focusing on delivering reliability and top-notch service. We can't wait to see the positive impact he will bring to Fairgrove!

Attention L.A. City residents: tomorrow, December 4th, the L.A. City Council is voting on moving forward with a requirement that all multifamily properties switch from natural gas appliances (furnaces, water heaters, stoves, and clothes dryers) to all electric appliances as well as take various energy efficiency measures (Agenda Item 13).
