Growth and Change is exciting and we are continuing to add to our team! https://lnkd.in/gRjbg6c9 We are looking for a highly energized and creative Marketing Manager with a strong work ethic who will thrive in a busy environment to lead all branding, social media and marketing campaigns. The Marketing Manager will be in charge of representing Expedition Wealth Management across all social media channels to help establish the voice of the brand. Our office is open Mon-Sat and a typical work week can range from 40-50 hours per week, with an average of around 45. This person will also be asked to work 1-2 Saturdays per quarter with typical Saturday hours of 9AM-1PM. Responsibilities • Assist in ensuring the integrity of our brand identity by maintaining brand standards and consistency of messaging across all marketing and social media channels • Create bi-monthly newsletter • Develop marketing strategies to meet growth objectives and build an online community • Establish and manage the marketing budget • Analyze engagement data, identify trends in customer interactions and report to management on marketing activity/effectiveness • Maintain the current company website and make updates as needed • Work collaboratively with the Client Experience and Event Manager to create engaging events that coordinate with marketing campaigns • Assist the Client Experience and Event Manager by attending and helping at larger client events Education • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field or minimum of 5 years in a marketing role Knowledge, Skills & Experience • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Canva or Adobe • Experience in CRM and marketing automation tools • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Must have strong organization skills, excellent attention to detail and a focus on accuracy • Good judgement with the ability to make timely and sound decisions • Able to set clear and measurable objectives and achieve them • Versatility, flexibility and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities • Effectively balance multiple priorities at a high quality level while meeting deadlines • Exceptional interpersonal skills to handle sensitive situations, build relationships and work well in a team environment Compensation $50,000 - $65,000 per year, based on experience Position Type Full-Time Benefits Bonus Potential & Profit Sharing Matching Retirement Plan Health Insurance Paid Vacation and Holidays Free access to workout facility and racquetball courts #marketing #wealthmanagement #branding #socialmedia #growth
