  • I wonder how many great candidates are getting lost behind a flood of AI embellished CVs these days. We should recruit from people you can trust. Get CVs from recruiters who have spoken to candidates. Ditch the auto filter. You want someone who deserves the time it takes to understand them. You do not want to hire someone who can appeals to algorithms rather than human instinct.

    Building the perfect CV has never been easier thanks to AI… Finding great and genuine applicants has never been harder thanks to AI… Being honest and clear about your experience doesn’t get jobs. Over inflating experience, buzz words and choosing project names and technology to imply a level of skill and experience is what works. You may call me naïve but or stupid but I will never do that. I will be true to what I believe. I will be honest about my experience and I will stand by my achievements and the evidence to back them up. No one in my company will ever embellish their CV. All my team will share only what they can prove and be proud of what they can do. Please - ditch the buzz word hunting and try good people for the opportunities they deserve!!
