Evolve is a vertically integrated developer, general contractor, and manager of multi-family apartment communities based in North Carolina. We are seeking a skilled Architectural Project Manager to lead and manage architectural design for our multi-family projects from conception to completion. This role requires exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality architectural solutions that meet Evolve's expectations and comply with industry standards. Production Oversee third party architectural firms Ensure design intent from the initial concept is carried through to the construction documents Review drawings and suggest corrections as needed prior to submitting them to the Leadership Team for review. Ensure that architectural drawings are coordinated with each other: plans, sections, elevations, etc. Review detailed construction documents including plan drawings, wall sections, details, schedules, code summaries, etc. Import conceptual CADD drawings and review floor plans and elevations Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry best practices.   Project Coordination Work closely with project managers, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure design and budget alignment. Collaborate in finishes selection with the designer and Evolve Design Team Conduct value engineering analyses to optimize project costs without compromising quality. Maintain drawing standards and accurate records of project design plans, estimates, and changes. Collaborate with the team in development drawing and process standards Stay updated on design trends, local building codes, and zoning regulations to ensure compliance.   Construction Administration Review submittals and RFIs Coordinate drawing updates and revisions as required Communicate with consultants and subcontractors as required Design Provide design recommendations and critique when requested Assist in the preparation of design goals prior to the start of concept design Create design concepts when requested Work with the team to provide designs that meet or exceed team’s expectations and deliver quality throughout the entire process with a positive attitude.   Research and Codes Review building code & life safety plans on construction documents Research UL assemblies and provide them in construction documents Produce and/or review energy code compliance reports   General Deliver the project vision Create value for the project team Be self motivated and show initiative in seeking out new tasks Ask questions when solutions and processes are not clearly evident Seek out solutions and processes when presented with new tasks Education ·     Bachelor of Architecture, Drafting or Design Technology ·     5+ years experience in architectural and/or construction industry ·     1+ year of leadership experience is required ·     Project management experience is required

Evolve Construction is seeking a detail-oriented Procore Contract Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various contracts and agreements from Pre-bid to post-bid to ensure compliance and efficiency within our organization. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 4 years of administrative experience as well as a minimum of 2 years of experience with the Procore Software. The ability to work independently with minimal oversight and good verbal and written communication skills are ideal. Working proficiency in Procore, Microsoft Suite, DocuSign, and other Construction Administration software is a plus. The candidate must be able to work well in a high-tempo construction environment with prioritization skills, the ability to develop standard operating procedures, and the ability to train others. Hard Skills · Procore Admin Certification (Preferred). · Ability to balance multiple projects. · 4 years of Construction Administration Experience. · Working Knowledge of Procore software features (i.e. Project Management, Financial Management, and Preconstruction).
