Happy New Year's Eve, and happy ownership anniversary to Erin Merrill! Today marks 7 years since Erin became an official part-owner of the family business alongside Debi Eskie. As of December 31, 2017, Eskie + Associates has been a registered WBE that works to recognize and empower other women and woman-owned businesses within our industry. We are proud of how far we have come over these past 7 years, expanding our reach and growing our project portfolio. We look forward to the new year!

It’s been a busy and exciting year, and it was a blast being able to celebrate with everyone. Well done to Chad Grauer and Suzanne Grauer for battling it out for first place, and congratulations to Chad for taking home the win!

Introducing one of Eskie's recent projects, Two Birds, One Stone! Our team provided construction loan monitoring services to Great American Bank through the construction of the new food and entertainment venue located at "The Grove" in Berkley Riverfront Park. Developed by The Thrash Group, this venue features a beer garden with food and drink options on the first floor, as well as direct access to the outside area. The second floor will be available to reserve for private events and offers its guests a high end feel and excellent view of the CPKC Stadium, Missouri River and developing riverfront.

Happy #WorksiteWednesday from Missouri Southern State University! A lot is happening on the Roy Blunt Health Science Innovation Center project. Crews are utilizing a total station to layout walls and corners on site along the northeast façade of the building. Additional masonry crews are laying CMU block at the southeast stairwell via a hydro mobile scaffolding. This eliminates crews having to be tied off or add additional platforms as they climb higher with every row. In addition, the construction teams are working on removing an old concrete footing to make room for a rebar cage that will serve as a grade beam along the south façade. Stay tuned for more project status updates and sign up for our newsletter "The Eskie Update" – https://lnkd.in/gYpUjWM3 to be first to receive our new editions each quarter.
