  • We love hearing positive feedback from our customers! We strive to provide outstanding customer satisfaction on every project we are a part of. "October 21, 2024 Mr. Paul Bassett Envocore Renewables Project: Meritus Medical Center Rooftop Solar PV (1 MW Array) It is with great pleasure that I write this reference letter for Envocore Renewables, who successfully completed the installation of a rooftop solar photovoltaic (PV) system at Meritus Medical Center in Hagerstown, Maryland. The project, which involved designing, procuring, installing, and commissioning a state-of-the-art solar energy system, was executed with exceptional professionalism and technical expertise. From the initial consultation to the final installation, Envocore demonstrated a thorough understanding of our energy needs and worked closely with us to deliver a solution that not only meets but exceeds our expectations. Some of the key highlights of their work include: 1. Professionalism and Communication: The team at Envocore with the leadership of Adam Dorner, Pedro Infante and James Cunningham maintained open lines of communication throughout the project, keeping us informed of progress and addressing any concerns or questions promptly and effectively. They worked seamlessly with our hospital staff to minimize any disruptions during the installation process. 2. Technical Expertise: The technical team displayed excellent knowledge of solar PV systems and the latest industry standards. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship ensured that all aspects of the installation, from the structural integrity of the mounting system to the electrical wiring, were done to the highest standard. 3. Timely Delivery: Despite the complexity of the project, Envocore’s team completed the installation on time and within budget. Their efficient project management and problem-solving abilities were key factors in the smooth execution of this large-scale project. 4. Compliance with Safety and Regulations: The team took all necessary precautions to ensure the safety of hospital staff and patients during the installation process. They also ensured that the system adhered to all relevant regulatory requirements, providing us with peace of mind regarding the long-term reliability and compliance of the system. Since the system was commissioned, it has been operating at optimal efficiency, providing the hospital with significant energy savings and contributing to our sustainability goals. The quality of the work delivered by Adam, Pedro and the team has been outstanding, and we are confident that this solar PV system will continue to provide benefits for many years to come. We highly recommend Paul and Envocore’s team for any future solar energy projects. Their professionalism, technical expertise, and commitment to customer satisfaction are truly commendable."

One of the most rewarding moments in the construction industry is receiving positive feedback from clients. Recently, a customer expressed appreciation for our team's work on their project and is now considering us for additional phases. This acknowledgment highlights the dedication and effort our team puts into every project. In construction, challenges can arise between the end user, general contractor, and specialty subcontractors. These disagreements often stem from variations in scopes of work or change orders. However, when a project concludes with mutual satisfaction and gratitude, it fosters a sense of pride and achievement among all involved. Receiving a letter of reference from satisfied clients and contractors not only validates our hard work but also serves as a testament to the collaborative effort that goes into delivering successful projects. It's moments like these that inspire us to continue striving for excellence in the construction industry. I find it unusual that the folks who are working in the trades get little accolades for the hard work they do. It's time to stand up and cheer as loud as we can for the craftsmen and craftswomen doing the dirty work from the trenches to rooftops. I feel like a proud parent who just got the report card from school, and the kids Aced the year.
