Entrada Partners is pleased to announce the acquisition of Clay Hempstead Business Park, a 286,985 square foot light industrial asset in the high-performing Northwest submarket of Houston. This acquisition represents our second investment in Houston this year and was acquired on behalf of Entrada’s fully discretionary Industrial Flex Fund II.
