The move will see operators no longer subject to the 280E tax burden, enabling them to deduct necessary business expenses on their federal tax returns and more easily reach their growth potential. The reclassification has the potential to transform the industry in many ways, and we expect benefits to pass through the supply chain to consumers and patients.
