  • BIG NEWS for Industrial Training & Assessment Center (ITAC) Implementation Grants!   The Department of Energy has announced the their Round 5 Selectees, awarding nearly $15 million to support 57 small- and medium-sized manufacturers (SMMs) across the country to implement a wide variety of energy and efficiency projects. DOE is excited to announce $6M in funding for 5-10 organizations to strengthen regional energy efficiency and conservation support systems across the United States. Selectees will provide place-based technical assistance and capacity building for Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant (EECBG) Program grantees through the Community Energy Connectors Initiative. Considering applying? DOE aims to establish a network of 5-10 regional partner organizations, led by an administrator, to execute proposed activities over a 3-year period. Eligible organizations may apply as a team or as a single organization. Organizations with experience providing clean energy and economic development technical assistance to local governments, tribes or other organizations through trainings, workshops, conferences, and networking events should apply!
