This desirable suburb in the Denver metro area is known for its historic downtown and vibrant culture of shops, restaurants, breweries, galleries and embrace of the performing arts. Construction begins in the first quarter of 2025, with first units available to residents in the third quarter of 2026. Project completion is anticipated in the third quarter of 2027.
