Meet Kelly Kocal - Plath, our Director of Sales at Embassy Suites Rockford Riverfront! Kelly has been an invaluable part of our team since October 2019, joining even before our property's completion. Her journey with us has been incredibly fulfilling, witnessing our hotel's growth and integration into the Rockford community. Her passion for hospitality began in 2008 at the Clock Tower Resort, where she discovered her love for hotels and events. Since then, she has dedicated herself to the industry, embracing every opportunity to excel. As Director of Sales, Kelly finds joy in assisting guests, supporting her team, and fostering growth, thriving on making a positive impact daily. Beyond work, Kelly indulges her love for travel. Since her first plane ride at the age of 10, she has explored 16 US states and 5 countries, fueling her curiosity about new places and cultures.
