Last week Elmington Elevates held its 10th Toyfest! This year, Elevates welcomed 225 children to Toyfest. Each child got to pick out their own toy and participate in a glow party and other festive activities with volunteers. We are so excited to end 2024 on a high note as our newest affordable community, Dry Creek Flats, has been completed! Dry Creek Flats was developed by Elmington Affordable, built by Elmington Construction, and now is managed by Elmington Property Management! This property provides 177 homes and reflects our commitment to providing high-quality, accessible homes. We can’t wait for all that’s to come in the next year! 🎉
