Last week, ASU Preparatory Academy Downtown hosted an incredible career fair with 365 students engaging for a day full of opportunities! 🎓 A special thank you to all 16 business partners who provided mock interviews, giving students real-world experience and confidence for their future careers. 🙌 We also partnered with Dress for Success Phoenix for Success to outfit 20 seniors with professional interview attire, helping them make a strong first impression! 👔 With 40 tables showcasing a variety of businesses and colleges, our students explored diverse career paths and gained valuable insights. The Greater Phoenix Chamber Foundation's initiative, ElevateEdAZ, has received a grant from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation to expand Career and Technical Education (CTE) pathways across Arizona! 🎓 This funding will help expand #ElevateEdAZ to two more Maricopa County high schools, opening up new opportunities for work-based learning and career pathways. 🌟 Plus, a statewide consortium will bring schools together to collaborate and share best practices.
